Nokia E71: How do you change the keypad on Nokia E71?

My E71 navigation button is coming off. Is this button attached to a replacement keypad? Will this fix the problem if a purchase one?

I cannot send or receive email on a second email account on my new phone. I have a work one set up, but cannot set up the personal one. Both are POP3 accounts. Straight Talk support has been worthless on the phone, the online manuals do not adress my problem, and even the Nokia tech support people say to go back to Straight Talk. In trying to set this up, I now have 3 email accounts: one business and two personal, and am trying to delete the personal accts. so I can start over. Any suggestions? I get a message saying "Secure connection not available on this server."

Nokia E71: How to get the cover off Nokia E71 to remove dust

Is there a good way to pry off the front cover so that you can dust off the screen underneath. Worried about cracking some connectors if I go about it the wrong way. Pretty tight fit and not sure if it is designed to be taken off.

My Nokia E71 has decided to crap out, amazing I know. At this point it doesn't want to charge or turn on. Would anyone be able to help please, I could really use the contacts.
