Nokia C2-00: How do I re install software on my dead Nokia C2-00

I came across this software update notification on my C2 after which i choose download and install. All went fine until the end when it finally restarted and gave a message" contact Service in white and the screen was a ll black. I tried to switch off but it was all non responsive. Now nothing comes on so am here to know if this is salvageable or I just forget it.

Hi, my Nokia c5-01 got dead without any life signs. I want to know if i can access his memory with an adapter or something like this. This is an old phone, from 2012.

So my nokia c2 01 is hard to power up because the processor might be damaged, is there a fix for it?

After a year I found the solution it probably has low menory that's probably why,it worked after I put in a sd card

i am not able to find numbers of some contacts when try to search but when i dail the numbers the name is being desplayed.why.

Nokia C2-00: Their is a network problem after changing its body.
