My phone was purchased on line. when arrived found out not intended for USA use. Was set up for Vietnam. Changed language in settings but never got good or full support from ATT. Now have Cricket. Would love to start using that great phone again. Can the firmware be changed to something modern and USA/ Cricket supported? Can the battery be replaced.

My phone screen would not light up or close when I slide the keypad cover up or down. I think it might be because I dropped on the ground recently. I tried to factory reset it but no luck… any suggestions?
