Nokia 8.1: speaker stopped working after notifications sounded tinny

It happened soon after an Android upgrade

They mic works when headphone is plugged in but the external speaker stop working. Nokia said uninstall the upgrades. I did this and cleared some caches and got momentarily tinny sound for a day then then it stopped working completely again.

They said I should restore to factory defaults which I haven't done yet. I'm worried about losing information and and not concentrating enough to do the prep for this to ensure I don't lose any data. It is backed up with Google.

I bought this phone second hand, to use as my holiday phone. The tiny drawer for simcards does not open, although I've tried it with a dedicated little pin and went to a couple of repair shops.

Camera and flash are no longer recognized by my phone, and when I open the camera app it is on selfie cam, and if I switch to the principal camera it can't focus or flash and I can't take pictures. The flash doesn't work also as a torch. How can I repair them?

I was watching a short on YT when my 4-64 8.1's screen froze without any apparent cause like physical damage and when it ran out of battery and I charged it, it showed an unfamiliar [charger plugged in] animation and froze again on the android one logo, for a guess, I would say it has something to do with malware.

Mon téléphone ne reconnait plus mes empreintes digitales depuis ce matin, sans raisons apparantes.

Je l’ai redémarré, aucune incidence sur mon problème.
J’ai supprimé mes empreintes pour en enregistrer de nouvelles, mais il ne détecte même pas mon doigt sur le capteur.

Est ce que quelqu’un a une solution ou a déjà eu ce problème ?

My phone just stopped recognizing my fingerprints out of the blue.

I rebooted it, it had no effect.
I deleted all the fingerprints to save new ones, but i can’t add even one, the phone does not detect my finger on the sensor.

Has anyone had that problem, or knows how to fix it ?
