I plugged in my phone hours ago, and the battery has recharged about 10 percent. The connection between the cable and the device are fine, the charger’s plugged in, and the battery indicator says your device is charging. What the !&&* went wrong?

Hello , I want to know how these apps like https://ac-market.org affect my new android phone’s overall performance. This apps seems to be popular for downloading modified apps like Spotify and Pokemon etc ( basically modified apps of all kinds ).

However i am bit concerned , how is this possible as it does not require to root the device for that access, and only need me to enable “Unknown Sources” for installing the apk files.

I use anti-virus apps and mobile cleaner to keep my device safe and running in top optimized condition.

I already took the phone to local maintenance center and they told me that the IC on the board responsible for the display back-light is not working due to water damage

Nokia 6 Launched: Repair faulty 35mm audio jack

Hi,

The audio jack on my Nokia 6 stopped functioning. At first it would connect intermittently , then you needed to position the jack in a particular way to get stereo sound and now it’s outright not working or connecting when you plug in the jack.

Any ideas on fixing this issue?

Nokia 6 Launched: Why is my touch screen not working?

This is for a Nokia 6.1

My touchscreen no longer works. Zero response. It suddenly stopped working last week for no apparent reason. I was at work sitting at my desk, the phone was sitting in my pocket all day. The phone was working in the morning and in the afternoon it stopped responding.

Display, buttons and fingerprint sensor all work. I dropped the phone once from desk height a couple of months ago but have had zero problems until last week.

Removing the screen protector did not fix the issue; although, I didn’t clean the screen and do thorough testing I’m not sure why it’d make a difference.
Factory reset did not solve the issue.
Removing the SD card, which doesn't have any problems from testing it, did not solve anything either.

It’s probably a physical defect, right? Maybe a loose cable in the best case scenario?

On one hand, I’m not sure if it’s worth buying a heat gun, replacement screen, etc. to fix a $250 phone. On the other hand, it’s only been 7 months. Pretty upset. Anyone know if this is a common issue? Is it the price range? The manufacturer?

Nokia 6 Launched: Why is my phone's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth fluctuating?

I recently replaced my Nokia‘s battery at an authorised service centre. Even though the battery is working properly, I’m experiencing troubles with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. The distance I can roam around the router has reduced significantly and the same issue is also experienced with my Bluetooth earphones. I cannot conclude whether this is a software issue or some mishandling while hardware reassembly. Any help would be appreciated.

its actually nokia 6.1 plus not nokia 6… its a new phone . I was using it on low battery and then suddenly found a bug on the screen . So I restarted it but it is not switching on now!

Good day. My device is slow. If I open normally application I must wait few seconds, this is not bad but sometimes waiting time is minimal 10 second. But if I try open system app, like Phone or Gboard, I must wait minimal 10 second. After rebooting phone, I must wait minimal minute before he fully loaded. Can I repair by resolder memory chip?

Occasionally, power button gets stuck on triggers double-click when pressed once. I suspect this is a “mechanic” issue since the phone fell down several time.

Is it easy/makes sence to disassembly Nokia 6 and fiddle around with power button to try fixing the issue?

Hi! I dropped my Nokia 6 into a river while we were at an ATV course for the defence forces. The nokia was on and i forgot to turn it off as i was too busy trying to dry it and get the excess water out. The best thing i could do and also did was in the evening put it into the dryer room. I took the phone apart this weekend and there was a few spots of dried up watermarks, and cleaned the whole motherboard with IPA. There were NO blacked or burned looked components. Is the phone saveable? I will need a new home button assy and a charger board, but is the phone otherwise thrash ready, or should i try to save it?

I replaced my Nokia 6.1 (2018) screen a few weeks ago and noticed that the bluetooth and wifi hotspot signals are abysmal.

Last monday I happened to look at the old screen and noticed a piece of plastic stuck to it. I believe this to be the bluetooth/wifi antenna.

I can’t seem to find any replacement parts for it on ebay. Here is a picture of the part and the slot for it from this teardown video
