nokia 4.2: Plugged in. Not charging at the moment

After three years, I replaced my Nokia 4.2 battery. After this, the battery percentage stays at 50%. After I did a battery calibration, it was fixed. But when I restarted the phone, the same thing happened. Now it says "Plugged in, not charging at the moment". The battery was replaced again, but the problem remained the same. What should I do?
