I can see that I have two messages but not able to open them.

I can receive a call & talk but not able to call out.

The alarm is still working & thankfully was able to turn it off.

First the left side of OK stopped working. Now no buttons or keys will respond.

The only response seems to be that if I open the slide everything turns on but is not responsive..
