<title><![CDATA[Nokia 1600: screen only lights up for a few seconds]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>screen lights up very dimly for  a second, can't read anything on it.  Incoming calls work but can't make outgoing calls or access any info contained on the phone.   Do I need a new power pack?  I see it is possible to buy one from Duracell.</p>
