Nobis NB07: Why is my tablet's battery not charging?

The tablet is still working fine, when it is working. A few days ago, the battery drained completely and after I connected it to the charger, nothing happened. It does not charge at all! I don't know what could be the problem.

My tablet suddenly stopped responding and froze. I have been waiting for a while thinking that the cause may be too many things running at the same time, but it's still frozen.

Nobis NB07: How do I reset to Factory default? unknown Password. cant get past it.
