Nintendo Wii: How do I get a stuck disc out.

My wii will not turn on and it has a stuck disc inside it, how do i get it out.

Update (09/16/2015)

First, lift open the GCN port and take off that piece of the faceplate. Unscrew the little black philips screws (i believe there are 9). that piece will come off . Under the wii there are white bumps that you can pry off as well certain stickers. check a guide to see where as I'm currently at school. these are slightly larger philips screws. there will be the same instance on the side of the wii that you can lay it on where you can use a spludger except these require a deep triwing screwdriver. Open these up and you will see extra triwings on the face plate of the wii. You can manually trip the sensor and eject the disc.

Nintendo Wii: Why won't it insert, eject, or read discs

Our Wii system would not read a disc that had already been in the system and worked a few days before. I was not able to eject the disc. I removed it with tweezers and it will not insert again. This apparently had happened before and my daughter believes that she solved the problem last time by pressing the red button on the front of the game, although this did not work this time. We have tried resetting and unplugging and neither have worked. When the power is turned on the blue light comes on then goes off. The game also makes a buzzing noise for longer than usual. Is this something that can be repaired, or do we need to purchase a new system. If it can be repaired is it something that we may be able to do ourselves? Thank you for your time.

Nintendo Wii: Wii Click of death.

My Wii is a few years old and has decided to CoD (Click of Death) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Click_of_de... any time ANY disk (GC or Wii) is inserted. it still spins. but won't read. this did not happen suddenly. at first it would not read certain disks sometimes, then it wouldn't read most disks sometimes, then it wouldn't read any disk, and now, it wont read the disk and brings up the Wii's BlSoD (Black Screen of Death). Is the disk drive repairable or is it time to swap disk drives or is the Wii cooked with a side of mashed potatoes?

Nintendo Wii: Will not turn on with red power light

I've been having issues with my Wii where the red power light is illuminated but the console will not turn on. I tried doing an AC Adapter reset and that didn't work. I checked the DC voltage and it's just over 12V like it should be. So then I followed this guide to reseat the bluetooth card but no dice. Then I read somewhere on how to do a bench test by taking one component off at a time and checking power. After resassembling the console I started over and too my behold I found that applying power after removing the optic drive made the light go from red to green. My question is, is this a safe solution to my issue? Could the red light be due to a bad optic drive?

Nintendo Wii: How do you fix error message and noise?

I have taken this wii apart 3 times now and am still unable to troubleshoot this problem. The menu and stuff will work but when you put a disk in, it will start spinning, but when it tries to read it, it makes a noise that repeats. The best way I can explain the noise is "cli-chunk cli-chunk cli-chunk" (I have looked on YouTube but find only grinding noises from bent metal, I also tried cleaning the lens twice with no success and it was not dirty inside showing it wasn't used much before it broke). After about 20-25 repetitions of the cli-chunk sound it says "An error has occurred. Press the Eject Button and remove the disc, then turn the Wii console off and refer to the Wii Operations Manual for help troubleshooting" I am thinking it might be a motor for the disc drive lens based on the noise, but I don't know how to see what it is doing when it is running if i don't have a clear disc to put in.

Please reply ideas, suggestions, or fixes you have.
