Pokewalker: Can I increase its connectivity with the cartridge?

I recently purchased a new heartgold cartridge and a used pokewalker. The pokewalker already had an id on it and i’ve been trying to connect it to erase the data but i’m unable to connect, i always get a “no trainer found” message.

Can I increase its connectivity with the cartridge? Is there any way to make the IR emitter stronger?

it turns on, stays on, connects, everything like that. but for some reason it is inaccurately detecting that I'm standing on it, is there a fix to this or is it done?

Hello, I recently purchased a Pokéball Plus a month ago and finally decided to remove the strap bu taking it apart. While doing so I lost a few screws. I looked everywhere from the internet, to Best Buy, hobby stores, and even Nintendo themselves and had no lucky with finding parts for the Pokéball Plus anywhere. I also tried looking for broken ones but no luck as well. If there are any sites or even stores you would recommend, I’m happy to take them all! Thank you!

Pokewalker: Left in Wash, Low Battery Indicator Stuck

After accidentally leaving my Pokewalker in my pants pocket and putting it through the laundry a long time ago, it still works just fine even now, but the low battery indicator is stuck and won’t go away, even with a brand new battery inserted into the device. I suspect that a component must have been damaged, but I don’t know what the component could be, or how to replace it with this being such a compact device. Has this happened to anyone else and has it been fixed in the past?

Pokewalker: Is it possible to erase previous pokewalker data?

I tried to use my 3ds but apperantly that has an issue with old games that uses infrared.

I tried this on a dsi and my original ds but the ds' L button doesn't work, but it still says the same thing on the screen it says "This pokewalker has already been registered" and the pokewalker says "cannot complete this connection" meaning its registered to the game that came with the PW originally, again i bought the PW from the second hand store without the game and it has data on it from a different game. my friend had lost his PW so obviously i didnt get his PW when i got the game from him. He completely wiped out the data on the game for me, so when i say "save, and go for a stroll" it asks where i want to go, i chose the place, and then it takes me to the pc box and i chose my pokemon, and it tells me what to do to connect to the PW. i attempt to and i can't connect to the PW that already has data from a different game on it. and yes i did do the L+down+X thing ,im not exaggerating, 12 times!

Wii Fit Meter: Why is my Fit Meter graphing but registering 0 steps?

I've been having trouble with my wii fit meter since I changed the battery recently. It is logging my activity schedule but showing 0 calories burned and 0 steps. Frustrating, because I want to finish my walking challenges! I also wear a fit bit. Over the last two days I logged over 26000 steps with the fitbit, but only 800 with the fit meter. It looks like it logged more, but it zeroed out at random intervals. Over the last few weeks it has showed the data on the graph where I can see the active walking times, but for some reason some days it shows only a couple of hundred steps, others 0. What is going on? I recently tried resetting the thing on my profile and took the battery out and put it back in (I replaced it just last month, I don't think the battery I removed was dead either, but it was doing similar so I replaced it anyway). Should that work? I also have kids that like to sit on me and may be pushing the buttons when they do so. Does it reset the data stored on it if that happens?

I can turn the balance board on when my system directs me, but then the system doesn't recognize that it's on. It keeps telling me to turn the board on.
