Ninja SLUSHi: Who can I get to repair the computer board?

I bought the Ninja FS299 Slushie Maker at an auction. It has an issue that the computer board had a blue transistor or circular part wrapped with blue plastic, that was charred - It must have short circuited or something because there was some charring around it on the motherboard and it was obviously the issue. Question is: Who can I turn to to get this computer board fixed? I havent found anyone including Ninja that sells a replacement computer board so must need to get this fixed. Thanks for your help!
