Nutri Ninja BL450: Inside base very dirty with what looks like grease

I took apart the base of my Nutra Ninja because of the loud noise and smelling. Noticed it is quite filthy with what looks like grease but am not sure. Should I look for anything else causing this filth?

I bought the Ninja FS299 Slushie Maker at an auction. It has an issue that the computer board had a blue transistor or circular part wrapped with blue plastic,that was charred - It must have short circuited or something because there was some charring around it on the motherboard and it was obviously the issue. Question is: Who can I turn to to get this computer board fixed? I havent found anyone including Ninja that sells a replacement computer board so must need to get this fixed. Thanks for your help! I recently noticed sevrral cracks in my ninja blender pitcher which was a surprice as I only hand wash after each use . This blender is less than a year old so I was wondering if you could mail a replacement pitcher. I thought the cracks weren't bad but the fluid has started leaking out everytime I use it.

When using the blender with a single cup on it, more in the style of the nutribullet.

You screw the blades on and lock it in place and in doing so it pushes down 4 plastic pieces. Not all are connected but one of those that is connected has been bashed too many times and is collapsing.
Is there a way to replace this? Or will I need to try and "build up" the top of the button?

The blender started being much louder and there is a burning smell coming out of the base. Where should I start if I want to fix it?

Ninja Professional BL610: Blender won't stay on.

A Ninja BL610 does not stay on regardless of the button that is pressed. Only works for a second, it does the same thing on Low, Med and High, basically it does a pulse then stops.

One day after normal use of blending, I pushed down the button to blend and then it never stopped running unless unlplugged.

I have disassembled the top motor portion and about a 1/4" diameter and 1/2" heigh spring fell out, but nothing else seemed obviously amiss.

Maybe I haven't found the right spot where the spring belongs and it had just worked loose, but I can't find a manual that shows where the spring should go.

I have tried putting the spring where the top piece contacts the bottom piece near the bottom side and near the top middle directly on the motor shaft. No luck.

Our Ninja BL700 stopped spinning. I disassebled the unit and the plastic 3 gear unit at the top had shredded teeth not allowing the unit to spin. Ninja does not offer a replacement part but saud I can purchase a replacement base. Does anyone know where I can purchase the part. An internet search has not been fruitful. Thank you.

Ninja Blender: BL481 Ninja Blender No sign of power getting to blender no lights

This blender has not even been used (well, sort of, Amazon refurbished, not used since i got it). I waited too long to try it out and warranty is up. I plugged it in, hit start/stop, no lights, sound, nothing, so not about arrows not lined up, or things not placed properly. I’ve also tried multiple outlets that all work fine otherwise,, so not that. I just need to know where to even start to troubleshoot this once I open it up, assuming that’s where I need to start. Thanks!
