Nexus 6P: Replacement Battery Charge Level

I have just replaced the battery in my Nexus 6P last night and this morning reached the point were I needed to give it it's first full charge as indicated from the card that was inside the battery packaging (Let it drop to 10% and then full charge to calibrate new battery). I let it get down to about 6% before plugging it in and left it alone on my desk while I worked. Once the power level reached 89%, the battery indicated that it was fully charged. I continued to leave it plugged in for about 20 minutes, it still never went about 89% and still said "Fully Charged". I'm also using the app AccuBattery (paid version) and have for some time to get battery diagnostics and whatnot. I'm hoping that with my next charge it would be correct but perhaps there is something else I can do?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Nexus 6P: Phone doesn't start or charge

Alright yesterday morning while i was in my gallery scrolling through a pic, my phone just hung. like it wouldn't even respond to the power button when i tried to lock the screen. so i tried to reboot it by long pressing the power button and it stuck on the google logo screen. then shut down on its own. now it won't respond to charging , or even a hard reset (oh boy i held that power button for at least 5 minutes once)

it will occasionally show me a light of hope and get to the "Your software Cant be checked for corruption...bootloader unlocked" and maybe even the google logo screen.but never past that.

Please help? I love that friggin phone and I really don't have any other option.

Nexus 6P: Replaced screen, touch wont work.

I bought another nexus 6p from ebay that only said that it wouldn’t turn on at all. I swapped the screen with the digitizer into my phone because I had recently broken my screen and damaged the digitizer trying to take the phone apart to replace the battery. I’ve got it all back together now with a new battery and the new screen and digitizer and it boots and shows the google logo and then asks for my pin code but won’t register any of my touch inputs. Completely unresponsive.

Am I screwed? I took it apart again and disconnected the cables and reconnected them but same thing.

Nexus 6P: Earpiece and Top Speaker not Working

Hello,

One day all of a sudden my earpiece and top speaker for Nexus 6P stopped working.

It never had any issue till then, nothing minor either. It was working perfectly fine till the day before.

Therefore I'm a bit skeptical if it's indeed a hardware issue and if I should replace the earpiece/top speaker.

Do you have any suggestions on what it could be or how I can find out the exact cause?

Regards,

Nexus 6P: Nexus 6P proximity sensor not working after changing LCD block

Due to water damage I had to replace my LCD block, since then everything works fine but the proximity sensor.

As a result, my screen turns black as soon as I make a phone call and I have no way to terminate the call (I now have enable the `use power button to end call` under the accessibility settings).

With the AndroSensor app, I can see that the proximity sensor reports `0 cm` all the time.

I suppose the issue comes from the repair I made, but I need directions on where exactly to look at inside the phone to diagnose/repair this.

I connected to ADB Fastboot, and made sure it picked up my serial. tried to run the bootloader unlock, but I come across the error "FAILED: (Remote OEM unlock not allowed)
