The sticker on the back of myNextbook NX 16A8116k is missing so I cannot get an activation code how do I find the disa number otherwise known as the serial number without the sticker are an activation code without the DSi a number

Nextbook NX 16A8116k: Does Not Stay On!

Device started few months ago not staying on. Found that it would work just fine as long as the charger was connected. Battery does charge okay. Stays charged if powered off. Get to boot and see home screen for less than a minute when charger is not plugged in. Plug in charger and it boots fine and is useable as long as connected to charger. All settings look normal. Even did a factory reset but same problem.

After turning on goes to the screen that has nextbook on and just stays there. The screen won't change.

will not get off screen with nextbook in center and at the top left hand corner it says DNXFASTMODEBOOT.

HAVE TRIED TO SHUT OFF AND WILL NOT DO IT
