I downloaded cbs app to watch soap operas, and I get this message that decoder has failed. What does this mean? I deleted some of the apps to see if that was the problem, but to no avail.

Hello I have a Nextbook NX008HD8G and for some reason it won't turn on at first I assumed that I had no batteries I plugged in the charger waited for a charge, after a few minutes I hold the power button for five seconds but it wouldn't come on.

(Note: when I was charging the tablet there was a red light near the camera if that means anything, also I try to turn it on both when plugged and unplugged)

So it has been about a year since I turned it on and it was charging for about more than a hour and I pressed the on button for more than 5 sec. And the screen just is black.? What do I do it won't turn on?

ive tried charging and when i press and hold the power button my nextbook comes on then turns off, if i stand the nextbook straight up and down it stays on until someone moves it

Hi, I recently got a NextBook Tablet for a gift. Well, when i got it, it was working perfectly fine, but then recently about a month or two ago,.. i was on my tablet playing a game or something, i can't quite remember.. but when i went to sleep that night, and woke up the next morning, it was like i shut off my tablet ... but i don't recall doing that, so when i unplugged the tablet from my charger, I turned it on and it took about 10 minutes just to boot up, and when it finally turned on, it was like i did a factory reset, so i checked my memory and it said, 0.00mb ? And then when i thought it was just loading.. i logged into my google account and then i left it on my bed for a few hours, and then it was like i shut it off again... and then i turned it back on, and ALL my data was gone, just like it was when i first turned it on.. but my internal storage says, "0.00Mb" But i actually did get an app from google chrome instead of google play because it didn't let me get anything from the playstore, but then.. it started lagging, and I just don't know .. Why does it keep factory resetting and why does it say i have 0.00mb?

UPDATE~ I do have all my pictures still, but all the apps and games are gone..

Help?!

Hi,

My aunt's Nextbook tablet is having issues with facebook. Almost every time she opens it , it will restart immediately. This is the only app that causes this issue. That I'm aware of there's no water or drop/impact damage. She keeps the tablet in a case as well. I've google the issue and have had no luck.

I have old pictures in my tablet for a long time and now it somehow turned gray and won't let me view it! How do I restore my pictures? Do I send my tablet to get it fixed? I don't want my pictures to be deleted :( write back ASAP!!!!!!!

Whenever I try taking a picture it won't take it and takes me back to the home screen. I try downloading a camera app and it still won't take pictures or save it. Also when I try to look at pictures I took before, half of them are grey and it tells me its code 14. Is there some kind of fixing there is to view the blocked pictures and fix the camera?
