I was using using the tablet to play a game(fruit frenzy) then it went of since. When I plug my charger the charging light lights up but the device do not get charged. I've tried with different chargers and different power outlets. The device is not powering on either. It has been more than days and it is not powering up. Frustrated

Using FaceBook to read replies or watch videos results in my Acer 10A Nextbook freezing. It won’t release until I turn it off and on . After the tablet wakes up, I get the following message: Android System. MEMERY (misspelled on the screen) Touch to set up background cleanup. I just got the stupid thing, how can it be out of memory?

My tablet died on my table in the night so this morning I plugged it in and let charge to 100%. When I turned it back on it was stuck in bootloop. It was working fine when I last used it right before bedtime. I tried recovery mode but says no command. I don't know much about tech and really need help.

I bought my tablet not even a month ago and every time I go to use it, it always says the app I’m on isn’t responding and it freezes a lot there isn’t one time it doesn’t? What can I do to stop that? I’ve never had a problem out of a nextbook doing that till I got the ares 10a!?

Nextbook 10A keeps going off while using it. Even when plugged up for charging. Sometimes while playing music on YouTube music keeps playing but won't wake up just restarts like you have turned it on.

I was playing a game on my tablet and then I exited out of the game. As I went to Google the screen just went off. The red light that lights up when I charge it still works but I can't get the screen to turn on. It's not dead. But the screen just won't show anything
