<description><![CDATA[<p>I have a smart video doorbell that is not connecting to the Wi-Fi app or HomeKit. It is not accepting a regular or USB reset according to the manual. When connected to power, it blinks orange to indicate insufficient power, though there is sufficient power. Netatomo claims the device is defective to be replaced.</p>]]></description>
