The coffee coming out of the machine is a bit sour. I think that all it needs is a good deep clean.

Nesspresso wants to charge me 100$ to do it.

I have tried resetting it, and descaling but it doesn't make coffee. the water is still flowing when I clean it. It seems that there might not be enough pressure to make the coffee. How can I fix it.

My Vertuo Next machine has the red light blinking twice error and I’m attempting a teardown and full clean to hopefully diagnose it. I can’t figure out how to remove this circular piece which slightly rotates left and right about half an inch. Any ideas?

As the question asks, why has the lid become extremely difficult to lock and unlock?

We have never had this problem before, it seems like it might be gummed up somewhere and needs a bit of oil or something.

Has anyone experienced this issue before and what did you do to rectify this?

Nespresso Vertuoline: My orange light never comes on. Why?

Gentlemen: My Nespresso Vertuoplus Deluxe orange light has never come on. It has never displayed. I have never seen it. I have brewed about twelve pods of coffee since I received my Nespresso coffee maker. In all except one, the Nespresso has dispensed or poured-out too much hot water. It has poured out 25%, 50%, 100%, 200%, 300% too much water in every cup except one. I have tried to reset the machine and manually reprogram it and the orange light has never come on. During all the regular operation of the machine from the first moment I plugged it in, the orange light has never come on. Never. I have never seen it. What should I do? Return the machine?
