Nespresso CitiZ: Nespresso CitiZ coffee machine, some water is leaking into collection

I have a Nespresso CitiZ coffee machine and some water is leaking into the collection tray without passing through the coffee pod. I assume that an internal seal has worn out. How easy is to renew the seal and from where can it be sourced?

Nespresso CitiZ: No water being pumped through Nespresso CritZ coffee machine

I have taken two Nespresso CitiZ machines out of storage after three years. Both machines worked well before storage and were not used for more than 70 to 100 cups of espresso, prior to being put in storage. When I turned each unit on to make coffee, neither one was able to pump water through the machine. The motor in each machine is working, but no water is being pushed through the lines to reach the coffee pod. Is there a shut off mechanism that engages after Nespresso machines have been in storage for as long as the three years these were? If this is not the source of the machine's not working, can you tell me what you think the problem could be, and what I can do to fix it, or where I would be able to have it repaired. Thank you Ron Marsh

Nespresso CitiZ: Nespresso Citiz coffee machine - pump not activating

Hi,

I have a Nespresso Citiz coffee machine. It was working properly and in daily use. However, earlier this week it was descaled but during the descale process it completed the two descale stages but then it refused to do the rinse stages.

The machine has since been unplugged and the factory reset process applied.

Now when I try to use it:
I plug the machine in.
Press a button to activate it, both lights flash to show it is warming up.
After a short wait, both lights remain on to show the machine has warmed up.
A button (lungo or espresso) is pressed, it flashes and the other button light remains lit (I remember this being the pressed light remaining on and the other light goes off when it was working properly).
After a short while, the blinking light goes solid again and both lights remain lit.

There is no sound of the pump working. All the above happens in silence.

Any help very greatly appreciated.

Nespresso CitiZ: Where is the block in the machine?

My Nespresso Citiz stopped making coffee. I descaled it according to directions with descaling powder. I removed airlock using YouTube instructions. The water goes through without a capsule. Once I put a capsule in, there seems to be a blockage and the machine only drips a few drops then stops. I’ve been using a stainless steel reusable capsule for several months now with no problem. I made sure holes in the capsule were not blocked and I also tried putting in less coffee in the pod.

Nespresso CitiZ: Quick blinking doesnt stop after NTC sensor replacement

Hi,

I have a problem with Citiz&Milk C120, I guess it's similar to the subject. The machine is in descaling mode permanently, can't quit no matter what. After disassembly and checking with the repair manual, hot thermostat and quick blinking indicates faulty NTC sensor and requires it's replacement.

NTC sensor replacement didn't help and the machine goes into fault mode (quick blinking) after some heating of thermostat.

Has anyone faced this problem and maybe knows where to look for the problem?
