Nespresso CitiZ: Nespresso Citiz coffee machine - pump not activating

Hi,

I have a Nespresso Citiz coffee machine. It was working properly and in daily use. However, earlier this week it was descaled but during the descale process it completed the two descale stages but then it refused to do the rinse stages.

The machine has since been unplugged and the factory reset process applied.

Now when I try to use it:
I plug the machine in.
Press a button to activate it, both lights flash to show it is warming up.
After a short wait, both lights remain on to show the machine has warmed up.
A button (lungo or espresso) is pressed, it flashes and the other button light remains lit (I remember this being the pressed light remaining on and the other light goes off when it was working properly).
After a short while, the blinking light goes solid again and both lights remain lit.

There is no sound of the pump working. All the above happens in silence.

Any help very greatly appreciated.

Nespresso: Why is my nespresso espresso watery?

I have a DeLonghi Type EN 125S Ser No 81626 S300075 Nespresso machine. the espesso comes out watery, little crema. my wife has run descaler, and cleaned it up. i read that it may be the gasket. I can't find if there should be a gasket that sits on top of the espresso pod when the chamber is closed (handle closed with pod in side). I read that there is another gasket, and youtube findings, that sits below the plastic pod holder that seals the high pressure water when the handle is closed and the spring compressed so this seal is a high/low pressure boundary. I bought a gasket, but it seems to big, not the 31.5 mm ID that it seems the other one are. (1) should there be a gasket that sits on top of the capsule (2) if so, where can I order replacement (3) provide help on the "other" gasket under the pod plastic chamber, if that could be the problem, and where to buy. Thanks for the help!

Nespresso inissia: Machine not piercing the capsule—water leaks out the back

Hello, After placing the coffee capsule and firmly closing the capsule compartment (capsule holder), I activate the machine. The water is pumped, but it escapes behind the capsule into the used capsule container (capsule bin). I open the compartment and see that the capsule has not been pierced—neither from the front nor the back. What could be the cause of this issue?

Nespresso: Lattissima Pro EN750MB - No water from Spout!?!

Had this machine for a number of years. Recently experienced the well-documented leaking from the Extraction Head. I replaced the Head ... produces espresso perfectly now/no leaking. However, now no water comes out of the water spout - so no hot water or frothing. All the hot water is diverted to the tray during this mode. I have tried all the "air pocket" removal techniques ... tried forced air back through the system and it comes out into the drain/tray area.

Pump not operating.

I've opened the unit and ay the side of the pump there is what I believe is a resistor soldered to the side of the pump but I'm not sure as it doesn't have the usual coded rings. Anyways it looks burnt. Would this be the reason I'm not getting any coffee flowing?
