My XV-21 display lights up but there is no display. I know you can replace it but does anyone now how?

Hello

The vacuum cleaner turns on when connected to the charging station, but does not want to move, it flashes red.

Has anyone had a similar case? I bet that the battery needs to be replaced, but I don't want to spend money unnecessarily.

This unit has never been used. It was a family members who passed away and was never used. It is powering up and the display back light is on, but there is no text. I’ve gone through all the trouble shooting. I believe I need to order a new LCD for the unit. How do I do that for such an old unit?

Neato XV-21: keeps on saying "please press okay to restart, battery issue. (0002)

I have replace batteries and made sure everything is plugged in correctly and fully. No frayed wires. It will power up wait about 30 seconds and they display message above. Any help is appreciated. I have tried also going thru menu and selecting new battery, turning it off and on with button and pressing the start button.

The display screen on my Neato Signature XV is suddenly NOT showing any text, even though the screen lights up, the green/red light works, and the machine still vacuums.

Can this be repaired and how?

my SELECT switch got smashed in during the recent move. It works, but any bump puts the XV-21 into PAUSE mode. Can this be replaced? Or should I need to do (my own off-brand) replacement on this IF I can get to it.

I have a Neato XV Signature and for a while noe I have to run around after it because it always stops in random spots around the house with a message saying: ‘My vision was Blocked. Please press ok (4062)’ . This was the error message I saw this time round. it keeps on changing, but the same message comes up.

Is this a program issues or a hardware issue? Is it worth fixing?
