Neato Botvac D75: Error 3000 - Neato does not start moving

My Neato D85 has been working well. About 10 days ago, I changed its battery. It was working well until now. It gets ready to start but then stops and give me the message “press OK to continue (3000)”. I press OK and it tries to get ready but again stops and sends the same message.

What did I do? I cleaned its laser area with a cotton tip and pressured air too. Nothing. The disk moves though.

Any suggestions on what could happen but mainly how to fix it?

Neato Botvac 80: Neato Botvac D80 issue.

I own 2 of these units (identical). By swapping a couple parts I have determined that the battery, and charger base are not the problem. Bad unit has no power at all. If I put it on the base to charge, Home button lights up green, tells me to turn the switch on (it’s already turned on, but I press ok anyways). Home button turns to amber (slow blink to indicate charging has started). After between 10-30 seconds, it changes to rapid amber blinking on home button and after about 3 seconds it shuts down, reboots and starts the process all over. Ideas?

my Robotic BOTVAC keeps asking to turn on switch ,But does not make a difference on or off? in it resets it needs to charge battery, after done charging it take off and stops ask to turn on or says need to charge battery?

Neato Botvac D7 Connected: The robot gets stuck in the startup routine.

hi everyone,
As usual, when I initiate a cleaning cycle, the robot starts moving away from the base. However, after several attempts, the motor begins to spin more forcefully and then abruptly decreases in speed. At a certain point, the robot displays an error message 3000.

I have attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:

Cleaning the LIDAR sensors.
Performing a system reset.
Deleting the existing map and attempting to create a new one.
Ensuring that the head with lasers is free and not obstructed.

Despite these efforts, the problem persists, and I am uncertain about the next steps to take.

If anyone in the community has encountered a similar issue or has expertise with Neato robot vacuums, I would greatly appreciate any advice or recommendations on how to address this problem.

Hello

The vacuum cleaner turns on when connected to the charging station, but does not want to move, it flashes red.

Has anyone had a similar case? I bet that the battery needs to be replaced, but I don't want to spend money unnecessarily.

Hi,

The "clean my brush" warning came on today, but the brushes are clean. I noticed that the large brush is not spinning. It appears the bearing is stuck. I am wondering how I can get a replacement part for this item.

Neato XV Signature: No text on display

This unit has never been used. It was a family members who passed away and was never used. It is powering up and the display back light is on, but there is no text. I’ve gone through all the trouble shooting. I believe I need to order a new LCD for the unit. How do I do that for such an old unit?

Neato Vacuum: D85 Botvac: clunking noise while operating.

D85 Botvac is working fine, but now has a loud knocking/clunking sound when maneuvering. It is intermittent. I service clean the brush and bearings almost every run. I have tightened up the wheel hubs, so that is not the issue. At a loss.

Neato BOTVAC D7: Botvac D7 Will not charge

Hi!

One day it just displayed the low battery warning even that it was sittning in the charger.

Removed the D7 from the charger and actually went back by it self to the charing station but still no charge.

Now the battery is out. Still no charging.

Checked powercord and it looks ok and plugged in.

Any known issues regarding charging the D7?

Neato BOTVAC D5: Botvac won't charge battery

I have both a Botvac D3 and D4. Recently, the D3 stopped working (dead battery). When I put it on the charger, it glowed Red/Orange (fading in and out). The app indicated that it was charging, but it never did. I assumed the battery was dead, so I bought a new one. After two cleaning runs, the behavior was the same. I put the battery in the D4 and things worked fine. So, I've determined that there is something wrong with the D3. I took it apart, cleaned everything and did a visual examination of the circuit board and wiring, but didn't see anything amiss. Has anyone else experienced this behavior?
