Ryobi Cordless Brad Nailer P320 2016: How is this part not available?

My nailer took a tumble down the stairs and broke the metal bracket that the “no mar contact tip” attaches to (part of the depth set mechanism and the piece that sticks the furthest away from the body of the tool.) I've searched all the parts websites and it seems every o-ring and screw and other part is available, but I cant find this one and can't even find a good name for it. Not willing to buy a new tool over a $5 part. Can anyone help?

Hi all,

I recently opened up my Rapid BTX530 cordless staple gun after it stopped working properly. Turns out the issue was a jammed staple, which I’ve cleared.

However, in the process, I removed two internal parts (photos below). Which I couldn't figure out where they go. Strangely, the tool now works without them—but it's firing much stronger than before, to the point where the staples are being driven too deep, sometimes sinking well below the surface of the wood or material.

Has anyone experienced this before or know what function those parts might serve? Were they possibly regulating the depth or acting as a buffer? Where they should be put?

Any insight would be much appreciated—especially if it’s unsafe to use in this state.

I removed the nail magazine and lubricated down in the plunger and moving parts but the plunger is not firing correctly. It appears to only fire a short distance instead of to the end of the rail. The nail comes out but does not embed into the wood. What is the root cause of the failure?

Ridgid R250SFF: Discharge of single nail

Our R250SFE unit will fire 1 nail but not a second because the driver does not retract to allow for discharge of the second one.When the air supply is removed the driver will retract and will fire a single nail again.The driver only retracts when the air is removed.

Also there is air leaking around the hose connection.

The unit recently was upgraded with the overhau kit.
