Nabi 2: tablet speakers do not work anymore; only with headphones

my daughters tablet is not even a year old, and last week the speakers stopped working. the sound works with the headphones, but not with out! And when i tried to get customer service the hold time was over an hour, and the online ask a question wouldn't let me ask my question! Also, when registering her tablet, not all of the tabs were working so i was unable to finish that process as well! HELP!

Nabi 2: How do I get past the Nabi ID Registration Screen?

My Nabi is 7 years old and I haven’t turned it on in years until today. I resetted my Nabi, erasing all of its data. I am now on the welcome screen and it is asking me to register for a new Nabi ID. However, I am not able to do that because Fuhu/Nabi services and online servers are down. The company is now defunct and so my tablet won’t connect to the Nabi server to register. Now, I am stuck on this page, and it’s telling me to sign up but it won’t connect when I press on it.

Can anyone help me get past this screen? I just want to use it as a regular Android tablet. Any help is appreciated. I’ll even go as far as flashing the whole entire ROM. Thank you.

Nabi 2: Why is the charging light turning from red to green?

The power button didn't work for 2 weeks, then it worked for a day, now doesn't work again. It will turn on if I plug it into a power source. But not with the button alone

I have an old Nabi 2 that I used to play on as a kid, and I realized that there are a bunch of files on it that could be very nostalgic to go through, and I was wondering if there was a way to get the files off. The problem is it doesnt turn on for more than 10 seconds, so is there a way to get the files off of it without turning it on? If so, how?
