NVIDIA GTX 1070 Founders Edition: Why can't I find replacement screws for the 1070ti?

So I was trying to place the parts of the 1070ti together the second time after I cleaned it. But when I was putting the plates back together, one of the tiny screws of the plate broke up with the standoff screw. It's head was broken off, so I had to use clear tape to "bandage it up". Right now, I can't seem to find a replacement online. Any help or link to those tiny screws (and the one stand-off screw) would be nice.

NVIDIA GTX 1070 Founders Edition: I have 2 Evga 1070 hybrid in sli, one is running 6k rpm the other 1k

For reference both of them state they are at 28 percent power, one is just running super high rpms.

I have changed the Pcie slot, upgraded the bios, attempted Rma, used every fan control software I could find. The problem lies with the blower fan, not the hybrid fan.

I did order a replacement fan but when it came in, today, it was a 4 pin fan and says Msi.

I don’t know if I am making the right decision doing a teardown as I have no idea what size pin is inside the 1070, and Evga told me that the card can actually operate at that rpm indefinitely. The noise is just driving me nuts.

I have watched teardowns before and do have the required materials, Im just not sure if I should. 6000rpm as much as I sit at my pc just does not feel sustainable.

Any Help would be supremely appreciated!!!

NVIDIA GTX 1070 Founders Edition: New TV as Screen, starts turning on/off after switching between..

I have used a LG tv as main screen for ages now, it started not wanting to turn on at all, so bought a new one (sort of sad, it was one that had 3d, which we have really used alot playing borderlands splitscreen, so that each player got a own huge screen, it used red/green channel for each player).

Now, I have two computers that I switch between, and a samsung soundbar between the computers and TV connection wise, all using HDMI.

Computer 1) which has a 3080, no issues ever here.

Computer 2) Which actually has a 1060 card, when switched back to, it sometimes causes the TV to start turning on/off, sometimes saying, "no signal". I remember having this issue at times with the old TV too, until I turned some setting off on the computer, something that had to do with HDMI, because it fails HDMI handshake with the TV/Soundbar. But, now I can't remember what it could have been. I think it is a setting for full colour or such, the 1060 can't really handle it properly, but I am looking at the Nvidia control panel and can't see it.

Can anyone have a clue about what I am talking about?
