<description><![CDATA[<p>My Motorola W385 was damaged and will not boot up. I want to transfer the chip that holds the directory to a different board. Where is this chip located?</p>

<title><![CDATA[Motorola W385: Ring Tones are Locked and will not sound]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Please Help!</p>

<p>I noticed that my phone was receiving calls and messages but the ringtone was not sounding.</p>

<p>I went to the Sounds Settings and noticed that every ringtone has a red &quot;lock&quot; symbol next to it and none of them will work.</p>

<p>How can I fix this?  Vibrate is the only function that works.</p>]]></description>
