The black spot has since expanded and now the entirety of the large touchscreen is unresponsive.

I wanted to send it to Motorola to get it fixed, but their website keeps giving an error code and telling me to come here. I have a Razr 2023, and have only had it since January, but it's completely unusable now. Does anyone have any advice at all?
