Motorola One 5G UW: Why a Halo effect on selfie camera after screen replacement?

I replaced a screen on my Moto one 5g UW and now there is a Halo effect on both front cameras. I am not sure what is causing this. I reseated and tried multiple different things. I am trying a different screen but i am not have any luck. I feel like I am missing a washer or prong or gasket around the cameras to block reflective light from the LCD screen. Please help if you have run into this!
