Motorola One 5G Ace: Glass replacement...what should I know before trying.

Glass face only has shattered. What should I know before deciding on trying to fix it myself or have repaired.

Such as: how hard is it to open case and then close properly? Is there adhesive holding face-plate that will be compromised and so not go back together properly? Or anything to look out for when it is open and removing broken glass?

I was on a walk and my phone fell -- resulting in a somewhat small - medium sized crack on the corner of my phone screen. It's not THAT big, but still annoying to look at. I have more cracks on the screen, so, could you teach me how to fix it?

Motorola One Zoom: Wife's Phone Screen Broken

My wife fell and broke her screen, we tried to find someone to fix it but had no luck. So I am trying to fix it myself, I am handy enough to do it, but I admit I have not done phones before, mostly laptops. I heated the screen, took the broken one off, the thin plastic frame came off, not sure if I did that wrong but cleaned up the glue and connected he new screen and all seems to work, but now having trouble figuring out how to close it all up. My replacement LCD screen, I just realized is "without frame" that was not an intentional choice but I can get a frame, that's not the issue and I have the "adhesive LCD tape" but I don't want to mess this up on the last step. Can anyone provide some guidance on:

How do I install the frame, what order should it be done?
How do I use the adhesive tape, what order does that get applied?
Do I still need to use the T7000 glue (the one in the yellow tube? I have used that for other things, not sure if that is needed or not with the adhesive tape)?

I'd appreciate any insights, thank you.

EDIT: I just realized embarrassing that I did not specifically mention the model of the device, it's a Motorola One Zoom (XT2010-1)

So a while ago about a year I broke my phone I mean millions of cracks and I got a kinda see through grey square. And I have a option to get my phone fixed, but if they open it and the inside it damaged they can't fix it, and I don't have a phone they can't put it back together. So is that grey see through square mean that the inside of my phone is permanently broken, and cannot be fixed? Please help I have to make this decision soon and I'm nervous to lose my phone forever

Motorola One 5G Ace: Why will my phone not turn on?!

I had slight salt water damage to the phone and it shut off and would not turn on. I opened it up replaced the usb port/head phone jack and battery as seems like the corrosion was only in that section after removing mother board as well. I try to turn back on by holding power button for ten seconds and get white light indicator at top and then a vibration and nothing else. If I continue holding the same thing happens. When I plug into usb to charge or get on PC, just a vibration. My goal is to get photos off... Help please?
