Phones physical condition is good and there is no damage to phone.

It never fell down , but one day suddenly there is no audio output coming form phone.

while playing music and when some one calls there is no sound.

My phone has an led light shining through the phone speaker slot on the front. It has nothing to do with the screen or the rear leds for the phone's camera. It never shuts off and is on whether the phone is on or off.

Lately my Moto G's battery life has been horrible. It wasn't like this when I first bought it; now, a full charge won't even last a single work day. My phone switches to battery saver mode (which is practically unusable) just 6 hours after a full charge. I don't even use that many apps so I don't think there's a lot of stuff going on in the background. I don't understand why my phone loses charge so fast, even when I'm not using it. I've even tried turning off automatic syncing for all my accounts as well as automatic updates, but it doesn't make much of a difference. What could be causing so much battery drain?

My Moto G3 only charges when its switch off but when it turns on my phone doesn't recognize that its being charged. My phone is discharging when it is switch ON even i have connected to the adapter. Could you please help in this.

So I recently purchased a Moto G, and I've had nothing but problems using the wifi with it. I have 65mbps down and 10 up, and have no problem with my 4 or so other devices on the internet, yet on my phone, it's constantly reading speeds of under 1mbps. Trying to stream music or videos is almost impossible most of the time, expect when I'm connected to LTE where everything works as expected. What could be the cause of this?

I have reemplaced many LCD assemblies for this model but about 5 phones ended with lcd problems like black screen, dimmed or flickering using good LCD assemblies. I have noticed heat affects the LCD controller. Even using low heat.

Headphones are working, same with sound via Bluetooth. If I try to change the ringtone the system is asking me to choose one of 3 apps!??

Factory reset did not help, same with protected mode.

Is it a hardware or OS problem?

So, my phone slipped out while running, then I slipped on it. Half the screen is black. Amazing the touch functionality still works, I just can't see it. I can still text and talk with some maneuvering and know how.

How can I replace the backing of the screen? I am impressed with the gorilla glass as the screen itself is fine (after taking my full bodyweight!)
