Motorola Moto G 2nd Generation: moto g 2nd gen, cant stay connected to sd card

my moto g 2nd gen. was fine for 3 months after I bought it Unlocked from B.Buy. then it started to lose connection with the micro sd card. I have been using the same sd card from the beginning.

it started to give error messages about the sd card being removed, has an error, need to be formatted.....etc.

I tried all the solutions proposed by the motorola service people on the phone and online. removing and re-installind sd card, formatting sd card, replacing sd card, formating phone,......etc. it all came down to the same results the sd card may or may not be connected to by the phone to be declared at error or removed soon.

finaly the support team suggested replacing the phone for me. at the moment I'm waiting for the new replacement phone. and we will see what happens from then!!!

Motorola Moto G 2nd Generation: Bottom Speakers not working.

In the recently hit earthquake in our country Nepal, my Moto G 20014 (XT1064) fell of my shelf but no damage was seen in the screen. However, later I noticed reduced speaker sound, specifically the bottom one. Then I found that the speaker was not working at all. However, if I gently hit the backside of the phone where the bottom speakers are located, it gave me output for a while and then again stopped working. I tried a couple of times and it worked most of the times. So i think the connection of the speaker has loosen and i was hoping if your team could help me fix/repair the loose cable connection.

I can't get rid of the above message about google play, so I can't do all the fixes that our out there on the internet. When I press the ok on the error notification, the message disappears for about 1 second then reappears. So I am in an endless loop of being able to do almost nothing. There is also a message that 'storage space is running out, some systems won't work' but again I can delete anything because I can't get rid of the google play error message.

I tried taking out the sim and memory card, but that made no difference.
