Motorola Moto E4 Plus: Part number for the USB Charging Port on a MOTO E4 Plus XT1775?

I can’t seem to find the replacement part for the USB charging port adapter on my phone. The adapter on my phone has the connector for the vibration motor on the bottom of the adapter board. Does anyone know the correct part number or where I can obtain the part?

I dropped my phone in a hot tub but I quickly took it out, it worked fine but in the morning when I turned it on the touch screen wouldn't respond at all. Should I just get a new phone or can I just replace the battery?

I’ve had my Moto E4 Plus for almost two years now and it’s been fine, but about two months ago my 4G data stopped working. It’s not like I have 3G all the time and just can’t connect to 4G, I just only have an internet connection when it is weak. For example, I can be downtown in a city and have nothing, but in the middle of the woods I’ll have a weak connection.

I’ve looked through my settings to see if there is anything that I may have pressed unknowingly, but after resetting to all of my original settings it is still a problem. I’ve also went into safety mode to see if an app I downloaded was blocking it, but that didn’t help either.

Does anyone know what could be wrong, and possibly a solution?

Motorola Moto E4 Plus: Phone keeps powering on and it just keeps doing so.

The phone doesn't have an sim card, but that doesn't really matter to me because it's an “old phone”. I powered it off, but when I tried to power it on a few hours later it just kept on powering on, never taking me to the lock screen. So I was wondering if there was a way to turn it on without having to erase any data, without using the factory reset/mode.

I am trying to start repairing phones and one of my first is this moto E4 plus, when I plug it in nothing happens, when I hold down the power button nothing happens, no status LED’s, nothing. Could this be a problem with the motherboard or is it definitely the battery? my initial thought is the battery but I know that on some laptops they will show something even if there is no battery but it’s plugged in, do phones do this?

Motorola Moto E4 Plus: Water Damage: Touchscreen not working but LCD works

My phone (Moto E4 plus) went through the washer. I know I wasn’t supposed to turn it on but the lcd had water marks and the touchscreen was working until a day later. I opened it up and cleaned up as much of the corrosion as possible. I haven’t opened up the logic board cover because it was too hard to open.

I am able to navigate by using a mouse. What should I try next? Find more corrosion and clean up? Buy a new digitizer?

i replaced the cracked glass lcd screen assembly on moto e 4 plus. it turned on, had 18% battery. I checked operation by using maps, linked to my yahoo email etc. it all was working. i left phone alone and when i returned the batter had run down. when i tried turning on the yellow triangle with red exclamation mark inside circle with small red mark indicating 0 battery came on. plugged in charger and left alone for awhile came back and no change. battery not charging. checked charger and it is charging other devices. is this the charging port ,how do i check that or get new one? the battery, though, it did work till it died, it was rough getting it out and sustained external wrap damage? any reliable sources for parts? i have to retrieve the data on phone, what went wrong?

Right hand side of the screen is shrinking. It is turning black and about 1/4 inch is now gone. Can no longer read the time or see the P on the keypad.. Slowly getting worse.

Motorola Moto E4 Plus: Uninstalled SoundAbout, now headphone jack isn't working right

I was trying to get my headset mic to work so I installed SoundAbout. It didn't work so I used the phone's mic. I uninstalled the app today and when I played some music with my headphones plugged in, the music came out of my speaker.

I've reinstalled it and set the audio output to “Wired Headphones” and it works fine. But with “Let app decide” audio ONLY goes to the speaker. I've played with the settings and nothing works. I don't want to have to go to the SoundAbout app every time I want to switch audio output destination. Please help if you can, this is stressing me out.

I'm hoping it's not an irreparable hardware issue… I LITERALLY cannot afford a new phone right now. Any info on how to fix this would be amazing!

I am not sure if power button is working well because my Motorola e4 plus has logo loop and I can't do nothing. I can press and hold some buttons and it goes to bootloader menu but I can't choose anything because power button change the menu position in the same way as the volume down button, so I can't “click" recovery for example. What can I do?
