I've been trying to find out how involved the tear down is for fixing a broken power/screen button. since there are so many models and the names and models over lap i cannot find out a. how much tear down is involved or b. which part is actually bad.

my phone when i bought it from motorola was an edge plus 2022. however, I've also seen xt2201-3 as edge 30 pro as well but mine is not that as far as i know. unless there is overlap on these models.

My phones finger print scanner works fine, but the button for the power and screen doesnt function anymore. when the problem started It was very hard to get it to work and it quit workign all together. The volume keys still work fine. i suspect the ribbon is damaged under the button or the button part failed.

Does anyone have some info on the edge plus 2022 (model XT2201-3) for the power button replacement?

I have also changed out the charge port board and checked connections on the daughter boards. Is there a connection somewhere that I may be missing that is preventing gps to pick up signal?
