Motorola Edge 20: Why did I receive a Motorola G Play when I had the Motorola edge

I had the Motorola edge and when my wife sent it in for repair I got sent a Motorola G Play back instead of my Motorola edge that was Mom's that passed away from the battle of cancer In 2023 and know I trusted Motorola to fix this phone and know it's not to be found and that's the last thing I had of my mom's and all it needed was the battery replaced so please send the phone back to me even if it's not fixed cause at least I'll still have it please thanks. God bless also I've been using Motorola phones since I was 19 and I'm fixing to be 39 in a few months and ive never had this problem before with Motorola and it's third party fix it gadgets.

Motorola Edge 20: Lost GSM service after fall

I have an Edge 20 which suffered a heavy fell and got slightly bent. All seemed fine, I carefully bent it back to flat shape but then GSM service started being unreliable and in 1-2 days got lost completely.

Additionally there is a small crack near the On/Off button and a bit of exfoliation on the back glass panel.

All other wireless connections (WiFi, Bluetooth and NFC) work fine, but there is constantly some unusual heat around the NFC location.

SIM cards are detected, but no more signal/service.

Could someone give me a hint about which component could be the root cause of the defect?
