How do I get my phone to connect to my laptop to recover pictures when I only get continuous errors popping up and can't access any information in my phone? The screen comes on and touch works, it just won't allow you in to the information center at all. The laptop will still charge battery when connected via USB. The driver for files just doesn't show up.

Hi, I have a Motorola razr m that this afternoon decided to be an ass and just stopped working, first it gave me the acore has stopped working, followed by messenger has stopped working, kik, and whatsapp, so i did a soft reset, and it was normal for a few mins but then, homescreen stopped working, callendar, basically everysingle app that I have, has stopped working, so i said screw it, i will factory reset it, it wont let me do it from the setting, so I try to hard reset it, by going to the recovery and all that stuuf, and when I hit, yes erase all user data, it takes it about, one second and says its done, so i reboot it, and i didnt do nothing! everything was the same, i did it ten times, and nothing, everything stills the same, keeps giving me the same problems, and i honestly can't find any webpage that can help me with this issue.

please, someone help me, I heavily rely on my phone, now days....

Motorola Droid RAZR M: Droid Razr M mostly black screen - replace or give up?

My son dropped his Razr M (XT907). Now the screen is mostly black, with a small purple area along the bottom. If I hold it at an angle, I can see two long, fine cracks under the glass. Is it worth trying to replace the screen, or should we just give up and get another phone?

Hello,

I tried to root my mobile and it root after that i tried to unlock bootloader and it also unlocked while my mobile was plugged in to my computer i turned my mobile off after that i tried to turn it on but it not turned on.

i took it to a mechanic and he told me that its display panel will be replaced i quite surprised that hows this happens. i didn't believed on mechanic.

Please Tell me what to do.
