Motorola Droid Pro: Why can't I type messages or use any of the keypad buttons?

My phone works and I can use the touchscreen but when I try to send a message I am unable to type anything. The keypad is sporadic and sometimes will work when I press buttons and other times no matter what I press nothing shows up.

I can turn my phone on but when I try to use the touch screen it is unresponsive and I cannot access any of those functions.

I am able to use the camera but what I see on the screen is blurry and very bad quality. Even taking the picture comes out bad.

Motorola Droid Pro: How do you replace the charging port

The charging port has become so loose that the phone will not charge unless you hold the cable tight to the phone. Can the port be replaced?
