Motorola Droid 1: How can I repair the headphone jack?

Recently I have been getting an extraneous crackling noise from a loose 1/8" connection in my phone. At times sound will completely cut out and the music app will become paused as if I had removed the headphone's all together. As it happens with every cable and set of headphones I use it is definitely an issue with the headphone jack. How can I go about dismantling the phone in order to repair the loose connection?

I have a motorola droid that still recieves calls but the screen is completely black so even though i hear text messages comming in i cannot see them. cant do a reset or anything due to nothing shows on the screen..what can be done?

Motorola Droid 1: Right half of touch screen not working.

Problem began with touch screen going crazy intermittently. Then right side became difficult to use, now that side is completely non-responsive. This makes it impossible to even unlock the phone. Which part of the phone contains the touch sensor? The glass/digitizer or the LCD screen itself?

Motorola Droid 1: Water Logged phone (Motorola Droid Turbo) may have fried

My husbands Motorola Droid Turbo was submerged for maybe 10 minutes in a chlorinated pool. We pulled it apart as best we could. After about 24 hours, we turned it on and the screen came on, but we couldn't swipe. Then it let us for a second before it cut off. When we turned it back on the screen was cut in half to where the left side continuously scrolled up, and the right side worked just fine. Then it shut off on us again. Now all we get is a black screen and we can hear the loading sounds over and over and over until we disconnect the battery, We have pulled it apart all the way once we found the appropriate screw driver for it, and I cleaned the rust parts and connectors with 91% rubbing alcohol. I did notice that there is a little black spot on one of the silver boxes on the inside of the phone, but if you open the phone, and remove the connector that attaches the screen side to the battery side, there are three silver boxes near that big connector on the battery side, and the second one up from that connector has what looks to be a little black spot like something popped or fried or something in the little hole on it. Any ideas if that means it's broken, or can that be fixed?

So I bought a Motorola Droid at a garage sale, and I used up all the guesses for drawing the pattern on the lock screen. It says I can log into a Google account to unlock the phone, but I don't want to do that as it is not my Google account. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hey, I found an old phone of mine and I want to get the pictures and videos off of it. I guess in the time that I lost it in storage the screen wont work, it turns on but wont let me enter the password.

I have tried putting a magnet to the back of it to enter into car mode but that still wont let me get into the thing. I cannot access any of the options on the phone either. When plugged into the computer it charges and shows up in devices and printers but wont show up in the explorer as a removable device. the memory card in the phone (micro sd) has the same issue, when i take it out of the phone and plug it into the computer it shows in devices and printers but not as external memory.

I have tried many things and find myself at a dead end. I tried Dr. fone or whatever but this device is too old. Is there any way I can get into this phones internal data? I would even take it apart if I needed to since its junk anyway. I was just hoping to get some old memories off of it.

One of the little brass prongs broke off inside where my charger plugs in on my phone. I would like to replace this piece if possible but am unsure where to start or even what the part is called in order to look for one to buy.

What should I do to fix this. I used a eraser pen because it was a flat surface. Copper came of the flex cable but other then that it looks good. is there a way to recopper the flex cable.

phone was working fine put it down for 5 minutes pick it up screen black not on completely black when I click home screen it vibrates also it does not show the flashing red light it shows when out of power charged it for an hour still nothing but the same.
