Motorola DCT700: Magnavox TV/VHS Combo Has No Picture

Sorry but Magnavox was no longer listed. A few years ago, I got an excellent answer on here that enabled me to fix this old TV (model CCR095AT04). A new variation of the problem has now surfaced. It is connected to the ATT U-Verse modem, and I can see everything U-Verse-related like the list of recordings and other messages that appear on the screen. I cannot see a live TV program or any of the recordings although I can hear them. I followed the previous advice, and by putting in a tape, I tested to see if it’s really a failed tube. I could see the tape just fine. Also following previous advice, I temporarily disconnected the TV from U-Verse. But while this solved the problem previously, it did not solve the problem today. Anyone have any further suggestions?
