When I power on the phone it comes up with the hello Moto with the m in the center and then it goes to a screensaver and it flashes on and off how do I fix this please somebody help me it's a brand new phone and I would love to be able to use it.

Motorola Razr 40: black spot and unresponsive screen.

My five year old sister dropped it on carpet and then there was a big black line horizontally along my screen, and the top half of the screen was completely unresponsive (the bottom half still worked). The black spot has since expanded and now the entirety of the large touchscreen is unresponsive.

I wanted to send it to Motorola to get it fixed, but their website keeps giving an error code and telling me to come here. I have a Razr 2023, and have only had it since January, but it's completely unusable now. Does anyone have any advice at all?
