Bad! I now have water coming out of the bottom left when I did a test. Water in the water bin then ebbed out. There was nothing wrong with my coffee maker!

Any ideas? Please help

The filter is not folding over during brewing, and the nipple where the coffee enters the carafe is open, I don’t know what is going wrong.
