Miyoo Mini Plus: My miyoo mini plus’ screen is freezed, how can I fix its?

Basically today I started my miyoo mini and started a Nintendo ds game, I left it on the table for the time to go make some coffee and it went into standby mode. when I turn it on now the screen is on the Nintendo ds mode but it won’t work and any button does seem to work but it doesn’t. I really love my miyoo mini and I’d love to fix it. I’ve tried everything but it won’t work

So i got onion os but as soon as i got it, I couldn't add games to it or play games, i reformated it but now it brought me to stock os, cant connect to wifi or do much, i just got this and now its un usable.

Once i updated the device all my saved data reseted and now none of my games wont save the game file and it keeps me locked in the screen and wont let me exit the game. i think that sd card corrupted and i dont know how to fix it or if that is even the problem? pls help idk where to go for this
