Replaced DLP Chip. Have white vertical lines on blue screen with black horizontal bar 1/4 way from top of screen.

Mitsubishi WD57734: Replaced DLP chip and no picture.

I replaced the DLP chip. Turned on tv and nothing. The tv tries to come on but just black screen and red blink light. Then nothing. So, we replaced the bulb. and still nothing.

Could it be that ribbon cable to the color wheel? I rechecked all the cables and everything is hooked up.

I made sure the speakers are set to 'TV' and not 'AVR Receiver'. The sound is not muted either.

I replaced the dlp and now no picture.. I took it apart and added the old dlp and their was picture but no color just black and white.. I don't know what else to do anymore.. help ?

My Mitsubishi WD 65734 had a yellow light under lamp. I replaced the lamp. It comes on with snow for about 20 or so seconds, goes off, solid yellow light comes on. I think it is the fan, but I'm not sure. I also don't know which fan to purchase. Any help would be appreciated.
