Mitsubishi 3000GT: ECI Fuse blows randomly.

Hello! I own a 1997 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL. For the last year or so, whilst driving a relay fuse that is under the hood only named ECI is blowing. It seems to happen randomly, but the higher the RPM or the farther down I have the gas pedal pressed, it blows. The fuse is a 20a fuse if I remember correctly. I havent been able to find anything on this issue in other forums. Now, when the fuse blows. Its almost as if the Fuel Pump shuts off, and the engine is getting no fuel. Spark is there, no fuel though. If anyone has any helpful information it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
