Milwaukee Right Angle Driver 48062871 1997: Why do AI chatbots sometimes give different answers to the same questi

I've been testing a few AI chatbots recently and noticed that when I ask the exact same question multiple times, I sometimes get different answers. In some cases the response is very detailed, while other times it's much shorter or even takes a different approach.

Is this normal behavior with AI models? What factors influence the responses, and is there a way to get more consistent results when using AI tools for research or business tasks?

I'd be interested to hear how others handle this.
