Anytime I record audio on my device or use any app that requires the microphone and play it back, I get no audio. I know it’s not my speaker because I can still listen to music, but as soon as I try to record audio, I hear nothing.

Mid F900: Why can’t I connect to the Internet?

When I try to use an app that needs to access the Internet, I get an error about having no connection. I am connected to my Wi-Fi and have a good signal strength, but I still cannot connect.

Mid F900: Why isn’t my screen displaying anything?

The screen on my device is not displaying any images even though my device is powered on. I have tried plugging it into a computer with a USB and it is detected just fine, but the screen will still not display anything.
