Microsoft Surface Pro 7: Login Screen is coming in black

My job has this Surface Pro 7 and I turned it on earlier and it worked just fine, got logged in and everything. Now when I try to turn it on again I encounter the same problem everyone else has when they try to use this Surface. It starts up with the windows logo then loads into a black screen and plays the start up noise. I cannot get it to show me the login page at all. If I hold the power button while its on it brings a page that says slide down to turn the Surface Pro off.

I reset the thing and it pulled up the bios screen and everything so its clear that Windows and screen are working besides this one hiccup on the login. I just connected a mouse to it and the mouse even shows up. So for some reason its just not loading up the login page from the looks of it.

I was using my surface and it got the low battery notification so I went to get a charger and when I plugged it in the light on the charger flickered and surface didn't charge.
Microsoft Surface Pro 8: FPC flex cable, Microsoft Surface Pro Signature

My Microsoft Surface Pro Signature keyboard suddenly stopped working, I tried several software solutions and nothing worked. Then I proceeded to disassemble the keyboard, and I found that the internal flex cable was damaged, as it had very small tracks, it was impossible for me to reattach them, and I ended up damaging the flex cable even more. Integrated in this flex are the backlight tracks, signal tracks and the tracks that power the wireless charging of the slim pen 2. The flex cable that connects the detachable keyboard to the tablet is broken, therefore the keyboard stopped working completely and it also does not charge the wireless pen. I uncovered it completely, and the flex is completely separated from the base of the external connector of the keyboard that is inserted into the tablet. I would like to know where I can get the schematics for this connector, know how the flex is connected to the connector pins, how the keyboard backlight is connected and how it is connected to the keyboard motherboard. or if anyone knows the function of the 6 pins of the connector, or if they could help me with some other solution. Please The FPC cable contains the following numbering: "MFS M1110070-012"

Microsoft Surface Pro 8: Reuse Microsoft Surface Pro 8 keyboard?

I found this keyboard in an e-waste bin. I believe it's from a Microsoft Surface Pro 8 or 9. Visually it's identical to this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/d/surfac.... The model number is 1864. But I don't have the laptop that came with it.

The connector has 6 contacts. I suspect it's a USB HID interface, although the touchpad could be I2C. Before cutting it open (which is destructive), I wonder if anyone has some info on the pinout of this keyboard? Thanks.

Microsoft Surface 9: My surface is stuck on logo

My surface pro got an upgrade, then when it finished, it said that I can't login to my device via face ID or my PIN. Only password, i had forgotten my password because I barely used it, and i didn't have it written anywhere else. I know this is my mistake. I tried a few things, didn't work. I went to troubleshoot page and tried a few things to perhaps restart my device completely so I can open my surface, this was done by I think holding the power button down (it's been a week so my memory is not the best). Then it no longer started showing the troubleshoot screen, and instead showed just the logo. So now i can turn off and on my surface and can't go beyond the window logo point. I tried doing a usb recovery to reboot it, it wouldn't work. I tried usb c directly plugged into the surface and usb a plugged into an adaptor. I made sure usb recovery drive checked off all that was in the microsoft support website on how to create a usb recovery drive. I'm stuck on what I should do, and how I can get this fixed? I bought my surface off of facebook market months ago (about 5 months ago), and it was working well. It was bought new and barely used as well, so it's not old. It's in a good condition. I'm also in Canada ON, and I'm not sure how I can contact microsoft directly for help, if someone knows please let me know. I've went to a few repair shops already such as Best Buy Geek Squad, and all of them said they don't work with surface pro. I would love some guidance on what I should do to fix this problem.

Microsoft Surface Pro 8: Replacement speaker mesh and screen adhesive strips

I've read the service guide and watched the video. Part of the replacement of the screen on the Surface Pro 8 is to replace the speaker mesh and the adhesive that bonds the screen to the unit. I can't find these anywhere (I can find them for Pro 7 and earlier models, but not Pro 8). Have you seen it? Does the mesh have to be replaced or can it be reused? Can I use simple double-sided tape meant for LCD screens and just put it in the general areas where the full strips shown in the video/service guide go?

These are the pictures from the service guide showing the adhesive and speaker mesh.

Microsoft Surface Pro 5: Surface Pro 5 3rd touch failure. Screen replacement didn't fix the los

Hello everyone!

I am so lost and really don't know what to do anymore. My customers Surface Pro 5 has lost it's touch function after a windows 10 update. Also there is no touch input within the UEFI bios.

Since I am a technician, I installed a known good tester display with new cables and a working touch board. Nothing.

Got a new display from AliExpress with a new touch controller, it worked until the first reboot. Aaaaand it's gone.

I did check the AliExpress display on a tester surface pro 5 and it worked prior to installing it on my customers device.

After I installed it on my customers SP5 it no longer worked.

I feel like this surface pro 5 has a habit of frying display touch controllers. Checked the board for any heat spots or water damage but there is nothing.

All the voltages are fine and no capacitors or resistors are bad.

So what the hell is going on here? Do you guys have any idea what the issue could be?

Reinstalled everything as well btw and tried win 11 with no luck.

Had a similar issue with my personal Surface Pro 5 and had to replace the motherboard.

This is how ever a 1TB i7 board and it would a shame to trash it.

Best regards
