the sb2 13” is primitive, and as far as i can tell (from showcase images of sb15 with glass frame), 15” has more complex layout

Microsoft Surface Book 2: Individual key makes a "click" sound when pressed harder/faster

The A-key is affected on the surface book 2 keyboard, but only when pressing it harder than usual. It makes a "click" sound and as if it got stuck a couple of milliseconds. Not sure if this is a major problem as the button is still working and sounding not unusually when typing 'normally'.

Is it an issue with the rubber cup or key hinge/cap, or rather an issue with the key mount/ mounting clips, which are not easily replaceable with a key kit?

Microsoft Surface Book 2: Water seeped into the magnetic charging port, and it wont charge. :(

I had my laptop (in a case), the charger, and a cup of water and some other stuff in my backpack. I dropped my backpack and the cup of water exploded and wet the bottom of the bag. I didn’t realise it was a huge issue cuz i kinda forgot my laptop was in there- it was wet for probably 2 hours and water seeped into the charging port and it wouldn’t charge! I turned it on its side with a paper towel underneath it for 10 mins so gravity can draw out the water. I then used a blow dryer (on the cool setting) to help dry the port, and it still wont charge! I can use the C-port but its extremely slow. Its been abt 36ish hours, is it a lost cause?

I had it in the trunk of my car to keep it hidden while I ran errands after work, and when I got home, I found a Sprite can had exploded and drenched EVERYTHING back there. Including my laptop. I ran inside and wiped the excess fluid off and grabbed some isopropyl to wash off as much as I could, but the speakers are messed up, as well as some of the keys on the keyboard and the touch pad.
