Microsoft Lumia 640 LTE: My phone could not Reset

I am having problem in my windows lumia 640 LTE. It is not being reset. I have tried all the methods but none of them do the work. I have looked everywhere in internet but I have not found the solution. When i try to reset my phone, it tells "The phone can't be reset, Try again later". Will not boot, just get Microsoft Logo, blank screens and a lightening bolt with a gear. I have tried Windows Recovery Tool 3.11.34101 and it did not work.

I have a new Lumia 640 lte, one fine day it stopped working while it was on charging.

now it does not turn on, no display, only vibrates when I put it on charge or try to switch it on...

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update: 9/6/2016. 10 am Eastern -

I have tried soft reset - hard reset - nothing happend.

Also tried windows mobile recovery tool - it doesnt recognize the device.. no help again..

Finally took it to the nearest Microsoft support center, they kept the phone with them for couple of days and then returned it back to me saying it cannot be repaired.. i have searched many website for an answer but i only see ppl having similar problems without an answer.

if anyone comes across any solutions do let me know.. until then this lumia is nothing more than a brick.

I let the battery get too low and now I can not get my phone to come back on. I can feel the phone vibrating and hear it buzzing when it is plugged in but can’t get it to turn back on. I plugged it in to my computer and the PC message says “ The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it.” Any suggestions?

So, my phone screen is broken and there are multiple horizontal stripes on it. It looks like it is glitching out and it seems the touch is normal, there is no problem sensing your finger, the only problem is the view. So i just want to know, where can i fix it, i live in the LAX area (by the Los Angeles Airport). And how much it would cost.

Also, i would like to know if there is any possible wayto get a case for this phone because i can't find one anywhere.
