Microsoft Lumia 540: Touch screen not working even if I replace with a new one

After water damage the touch screen stoped responding yet the display is OK and even if I replace it with a new one it can't still work, any help with touch jumper ways

Microsoft Lumia 540: Why is display showing a paper like image when turned on

So I recently found my old lumia 540 and tried to turn it on, but it only showed a white paper like image and dark around the edges, it flashes randomly and turns off. How do I fix it(preferably without a new display)

edit:if it matters , it also came in contact with water a while back but after a few days it started working properly again, it was dropped a couple of times too... It's lived a rough life :(

The device is just an example but I would like to know that for all phones and I have to chose one device.

Microsoft Lumia 540: How can I Recover data without PC?

Hello.

So I have a Microsoft phone (model: RM-1090)

And there is an issue. I need to recover files and images because they were deleted after a hard reset. Problem is, that I cannot charge this device with an ordinary charger because the usb (on the device) is not functioning. So everytime I want to charge the device I have to manually remove the battery and charge it, in an external charger.

The usb not functioning means that I cannot connect my phone to a pc so I can recover the data.

Is there any way, to do the recovery procedure inside the phone without using pc?

While I turn on the phone the microsoft logo show for a few seconds then turn off and reboot it's self and keep repeating until battery is low or remove
